The hotel was located in an ideal spot. The town centre and all the restaurants were within walking distance. The view from the hotel room was stunning, we could see the mountains in the distance. , the staff was friendly and accommodating, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

The lift was out of order during our stay. This made it difficult to carry our heavy luggage up to our room.

We loved the Hotel Ertl! Stefan, the proprietor, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The location was perfect, as we could easily walk to our friends' house and the downtown area within minutes. The personal touch of the hotel made our stay even more enjoyable. When we return to Kulmbach, we will definitely book again at this fantastic hotel.
